soft but wrinkles, wrinkles, wrinkles
As far as the ordering, delivery, and customer service I would have to say that all of it was GREAT! The Duvet was packaged nicely, and the softness perfect. But no matter what I did or tried after I washed the Duvet I had millions of wrinkles. There is no way to get them out short of ironing or dry cleaning. The Duvet is not worth the work.
